Booking Terms & Conditions

Please read our terms and conditions before making your booking and/or prior to arrival

Deposits & Cancellation

All bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit to be paid by cheque. The balance is due by cash or cheque (with the appropriate cheque guarantee card) on arrival.

In the event of cancellation within 7 days of your intended arrival date, full payment for your booking will be required.

Check-In/Out Times

Check-in is normally from 3.30pm but can be made earlier by appointment.
Check-out is requested by 10.00am on weekdays and by 10.30am at weekends.

Opening Times

We are open all year except Christmas & New Year.

Booking Restrictions

We normally require a 2-night minimum booking at weekends during peak season.
